STRUCTURAL VISION

Although we tend to price projects on a case by case basis, this is a guide to the services and project packages we offer to our clients.

Here’s a breakdown of the three options for property arrangements:

Turn-key: We handle renovations entirely, handing over the property to the customer once done.
Co-invest: We split renovation costs with the property owner. In return, we manage the property, sharing revenue until our investments are recouped.
Property management: The owner covers renovation expenses, and we manage the property on their behalf for a fee, handling both property and rental management.

While all three options are viable for long-term rentals, typically only option 3 is suitable for short-term rentals, such as daily or weekly stays.
